Here at the Jade Lakes Directory, we make an effort to review all submissions, and we cannot always accept every submission. When submitting, please provide an accurate and grammatically correct title and description for your link. The title and description should reflect the content that a user would find on your site...and you MUST HAVE AN E-Mail THAT WORKS! (10% of submissions do not!)

* Your site should not display popups, or attempt to install any software on the user's computer. Your site should be complete with all links working, and with a generous amount of content.

If your site is new, please consider making sure it is both complete and worthwhile to a potential user before submitting to the directory. You should at least have a PR 0.

* Sites containing content that is not legal in all parts of the World, or is not legally viewed by children will not be accepted.

Thanks for doing your part to submit a quality site that users of this directory will love, as this will be good for your site, and our directory. We check them all.

So here is a complete checklist. Don't submit your site if it

*Online drug stores with prescription free drugs will NOT be approved!*

• Contains Pornography, adult or mature content
• Contains Hacking/cracking content
• Contains Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia
• Contains Excessive profanity
• Contains Excessive, repetitive or irrelevant keywords in the content or code of web pages
• Contains Deceptive or manipulative content
• Contains Any content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity or infringes on the legal rights of others
• Contains nothing more than links to third party websites.
• Is difficult to read (for example 9px type) or navigate, contains broken links.
• Promotes our interpretation of what may not be considered best practices in the SEO/SEM industry.
• Advertises the use of gateway pages, doorway pages, or bridge pages, a practice which may be considered spam by the major search engines and directories as stated in their published guidelines.
• Advertises, promotes, or contains links to other website properties and/or third party affiliations that promote the service of automatic site submissions to hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands, or even hundreds of thousands of search engines, directories and/or FFA's/link farms.
• Has little to no meaningful content; one or two pages specific to SEO/SEM, or; contains little to no original content specific to the SEO/SEM industry.
• Contains keyword stuffed HTML Comments Tags or any form of metadata abuse and/or misuse based on our interpretation of the guidelines set forth by the W3C, WAI, WCAG, Section 508, Bobby and the DCMI.
• Contains the meta-data element. If your site contains any variation of the revisit-after META tag, we will decline the submission without further review.

You must understand and agree that we do  not guarantee

• Definite inclusion to our directory.
• Results, sales, conversions or traffic as a result of being in the directory.
  

Jade Lakes Directory staff also reserve the right to

• Refuse submission for any violation of our guidelines or other justified reasons.
• Alter title, descriptions and keywords.
• Move your site to the most relevant category.
